Creative Mojo began life as a family business with a single art workshop in a care home in Devon in the UK way back in 2010. This quickly grew into over 20 weekly workshops, and it became clear just how powerful creative experiences could be in transforming the lives of care home residents.
We decided to develop this passion into a franchise business, bringing meaningful, accessible art experiences to care communities across the whole of the UK.
With over 30+ regional franchisees delivering face-to-face workshops in homes across the UK, with that number continuing to rise.
We also offer a range of delivered Art Kits for care homes that don’t currently have a local Creative Mojo workshop representative.
Today, we’re proud to be the UK’s leading provider of arts and crafts workshops for the care sector. With interest growing overseas—particularly from care homes in the USA it felt like a natural step to expand and make our creative projects available in there United States.
Each month, we develop fresh projects, ensuring there’s always something new and engaging to keep residents engaged.
Some more fabulous Creative Mojo Ltd artwork created recently by our Coventry, Bedworth, Rugby & Nuneaton Care Homes. Mardi Gras, St. David's Day and Spring Mad March Hares. Great work everyone.
Our clients at The Bridge Care Home are embracing their inner artists during our Creative Mojo art sessions this week!
The room is filled with vibrant colours, laughter, and creative energy as everyone explores their artistic talents. It’s so wonderful to see them being so creative as they bring their masterpieces to life.
Art has a magical way of bringing people together, and we are thrilled to be a part of this creative journey. Keep up the amazing work, everyone! Thank you Creative Mojo
Remembering Together: A Crafty Afternoon at Meadowview with Creative Mojo.
As the vivid hues of red and green filled the canvases, memories of wartime experiences flowed, and the room buzzed with stories and laughter. The art club became a haven for reminiscing, allowing us to share and honor the moments that shaped our lives during those times.
What a wonderful poster our residents created in support of Dementia Week.
Thanks to Creative Mojo Crowthorne, Wokingham, Bracknell & Reading for the great idea of creating it.
Lovely painting session creating a beautiful masterpiece! The residents enjoyed letting their creativity flow as they painted a Olympics-themed art with Jenni from Creative Mojo. It also got us socialising and sharing stories with each other about different topics such as Paris, sports, Olympics, and other hobbies. Margaret, Pamela, and Cathy worked very hard as they painted the giant detail-filled Eiffel Tower! Everyone did very well with each of their contributions, making a very colourful pièce de résistance.
Thank you so much! We had a great time!
We have a fantastic family of more than 30+ franchises nationally throughout the UK. Regional care homes and community groups really benefit from the amazing workshops our Mojos provide.
“We simply love the reactions we get from our residents when a workshop is on. Their eyes just light up!”
Manager, Care Home
When the pandemic hit in 2020, it became essential to find ways for people in care and the wider community to continue benefiting from the well-being that art could offer.
So we developed a series of our in-person workshops into art kits that could be delivered to the homes directly.
These have grown in popularity over the last few years and for the homes and communities that dont have the benefit of our regional workshop rpoviders in their area, these bridge the gap, allowing the benefit of art to be experieinced by all.
