Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded. However, we may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
Defective or Corrupt File: If you receive a file that is corrupted or does not work as intended, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, please notify us with proof of duplicate charges, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, please let us know so we can rectify the issue.
Unauthorized Purchase: If you suspect fraudulent activity or an unauthorized purchase on your account, please reach out to us immediately.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
Refunds will not be granted if you change your mind about the purchase.
We are not responsible for issues caused by user error, such as incorrect file downloads or incompatibility with your device/software.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you forfeit the right to a refund unless it falls under the exceptions listed above.
